Here's an update on Henderson Concert Band's last performance in the Esplanade Concert Hall for the school's 35th Anniversary Concert on 3rd November 2009.
Everyone had fun during the performance, but also before and after our performance!
Not only that, we all had fun during our rehearsals and practices too.
Our hardwork for the past few months had finally paid off, and yes.
Henderson Concert Band had once again, shine on stage (:
Thank You:

" This is my first time performing on the Esplanade Concert Hall and I feel that the concert was great. This is my first experience playing a solo in a big hall like this, I felt scared and nervous at first but after that, I felt satisfied and happy. At the same time, I enjoyed myself there. This experience had made me more confident than before. "

" 35th Anniversary Concert was the first ever concert I performed in, therefore naturally I felt nervous. However, at the same time, we all had fun and we shined on stage. It was a wonderful experience that not many will have a chance to do so, hence we should always remember that it was the sirs and teachers who made all these possible for us. "

" As a sec 1 band member, I felt very nervous performing with the band for the first time. After so much practices for the concert , our hardwork has really paid off. The performance was a great experience for all of us, it made us realised lots of things eg. how important discipline is and teamwork. I will never regret joining the band as it is such an awesome cca. "

On behalf of the band,
